Converged Technology Professionals donates Luxury Suite at Miller Park to the Wounded Warriors Project to honor veterans for their service as part of their Pay it Forward campaign.
Milwaukee, WI -- Converged Technology Professionals continues to Pay it Forward in their campaign to give back to the local community. To honor those who serve in our military Converged donated their Miller park Luxury Suite on June 26th to the Wounded Warrior Project when the Milwaukee Brewers played against the Kansas City Royals. As part of the Hero of the Game tribute, Army veteran Philip Olson was publicly recognized for his military service.
Olson was escorted by the Brewers to the dugout during the 3rd inning for the public presentation. During the tribute, a video was displayed on the stadium scoreboard recognizing Olson for his service. Olson was deployed twice to Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.
“It is always an honor for us to partner with the Milwaukee Brewers for this event and to donate our suite for our veterans who have served our country,” states Ryan Cayton, Advanced Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Converged, who is an 8 year Air Force Veteran. “We understand that many in the military have been through a lot both physically, mentally and emotionally, and to say ‘thank you’ to them by giving them a night they will always remember with their friends and family is a true privilege.”
Olson along with fellow veterans and family members were able to enjoy a night of food and fun while watching the game from the Converged Technology Professionals luxury suite. Bernie the Brewers mascot also joined in on the fun by visiting all those who attended the event.
